Ode to the last pixy stix

Oh pixy stix,
I am sorry I ate all your friends and family.
But well, quite frankly,
they were delicious.
And they were the ones taunting me,
So how could I refuse.
I regret that I ate them all too fast and in a hurry.
All 60 or so didn't last too long.
My tasty pixy stix,
you are the last from your pack.
And at this, I must say farewell because that means,
you are the last pixy stix I will eat until I make it to the store to get another pack.
I apologize dear pixy stix,
for you will be eaten quite slowly so I can savor the taste.
Do not fear though, you will be reunited with your friends and family.
And your death was not in vain, for you see,
I was quite in need of the sugary goodness and sweet taste you provided.
Thank you pixy stix, you will die an honorable death...
though the journey to death will be long.
you have to go through my mouth, through my esophagus, to my stomach, to my intestine and such.
I am sure though that my stomach will be your iminent death...
